How do I book a clean?

Fill in the booking form on our contact page, email bookings@eshomeclean.com or call 07933019979. Tell us your postcode, property size and what you'd like doing, and we'll come back with a tailored quote — always within 24 hours.

How does your pricing and membership work?

New clients pay a one-off £35 booking fee — charged once, not on every booking like most of our competitors. Membership is then £15 per month and includes access to our best hourly rates, priority booking and a guaranteed cleaner. Members book a minimum of 5 hours per month. Prefer a one-off? No problem — we quote those individually with the same competitive pricing.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Manchester and the wider North West, including Salford, Stockport, Trafford, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Wigan and Cheshire. If you're just outside, ask anyway — flexibility is rather our thing.

Question 4

What's included in a standard clean?

Accepted Answer

Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: surfaces, floors, sinks, sanitising and a proper tidy. Ovens, insides of cupboards, windows and laundry are add-ons, and we agree the checklist with you before we start.

Will an end of tenancy clean help me get my deposit back?

That's exactly what it's designed for. Our deep clean follows the standard inventory checklist — oven, limescale, skirtings, cupboard interiors — so the property is handed back in the condition agents expect.

Question 6

Can I request a female cleaner?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you are a female client and would prefer a female cleaner, just tell us when you book and we'll accommodate that. Every cleaner is fully insured and personally vetted by our director, Erics Segawa, so you'll know exactly who is coming into your home.

How quickly will you answer my query?

Accepted Answer

Any query is answered within 24 hours, seven days a week. Most enquiries get a reply far quicker than that.

Question 8

Can I leave a review or testimonial?

Please do — we love them. Email bookings@eshomeclean.com with a line or two and we'll add it (with your permission) to our testimonials page.

Question 9

Do I need to provide cleaning products?

Accepted Answer

No. We bring everything, including eco-friendly options on request. If you'd rather we used your own products, that's absolutely fine too.

Question 10

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — members give us 48 hours' notice and we'll move things around. Life happens; we're built to be flexible.
