2. Using this site

Content is provided for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

3. Quotes and bookings

Prices shown are indicative. A booking is confirmed only when we've agreed the scope, date and price with you in writing. Quotes are valid for 30 days and assume reasonable access to the property, water and electricity.

4. Membership

Membership is £15 per month and includes access to member rates and priority booking, with a one-off £35 booking fee for new clients, subject to a minimum of five cleaning hours per month. Membership can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice; monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a visit (48 hours for members). Cancellations with less notice, or where our cleaner cannot access the property, may be charged at the full visit rate.

6. Payment

Invoices are payable within seven days unless otherwise agreed. Commercial and agency clients may be offered account terms.

7. Our standards and liability

We are fully insured and every cleaner is personally vetted. If you're unhappy with any part of a clean, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to put it right. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
