ES HomeClean Manchester Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through eshomeclean.com. We handle your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you use our enquiry or booking form, or contact us by phone or email, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property details, preferred dates, service requirements and anything else you choose to tell us.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, provide a quote, schedule and deliver cleaning services, issue invoices, and keep records required by law. Our lawful bases are your consent (for enquiries), performance of a contract (for bookings) and legitimate interests (running our business safely).

Who we share it with

Only where necessary: the cleaner assigned to your job, our email provider (Google Workspace / Gmail), and our accountant for invoicing. We never sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Customer and financial records are kept for six years, as required by HMRC.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to remember your cookie choice and keep the site working. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your mind any time by clearing site data in your browser, which will show the banner again.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email bookings@eshomeclean.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
