Our lowest hourly rate
Members pay our best price on every single visit — regular cleans, extra hours and add-ons alike. The £15 monthly fee is usually covered by the saving within the first visit or two.
A minimum of 5 hours per month
Use it however suits you: one long monthly visit, two fortnightly cleans, or a shorter weekly tidy. Unused hours are agreed with you in advance rather than quietly lost.
Your own trusted cleaner
The same fully insured cleaner each time, so you never have to re-explain how you like things done. Female clients can request a female cleaner and we'll accommodate. We always tell you in advance if cover is needed.
Priority booking
Members get first pick of slots, including the popular Friday and pre-weekend times, and jump the queue for last-minute availability.
Free rescheduling
Life happens. Move a visit free of charge with 48 hours' notice — no admin fees, no awkward conversations.
Discounted add-ons
Oven cleaning, internal windows, ironing, laundry and inside-the-fridge cleans at member rates, always quoted before we start. All kitchen appliances are cleaned inside and out.
Products and equipment included
We bring everything, including eco-friendly products at no extra cost if you prefer them. Nothing to buy, nothing to store.

From quote to clean in four steps
No apps to download, no complicated tiers. A quick chat, a fixed member rate, then a rhythm that fits your household.

Tell us your postcode, property size and what you'd like covered. We confirm your member hourly rate in writing.
2. Start your membership
New clients pay a one-off £35 booking fee, then £15 per month from your first clean. No long tie-in.
3. Book your hours
Choose your rhythm — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — with a five-hour monthly minimum.
4. Keep it flexible
Add hours, change days or pause when you're away. Cancel any time with a month's notice.

What exactly does the £15 pay for?
It covers your membership: the discounted hourly rate, priority scheduling, a guaranteed regular cleaner, free rescheduling with 48 hours' notice and discounted add-ons. Cleaning hours are billed separately at your member rate, and new clients pay a one-off £35 booking fee.
What happens if I don't use my 5 hours?
We'll get in touch before the month ends to find a slot. If it genuinely can't be used, talk to us — we'd far rather roll it into the next month than charge you for nothing.
Can I use more than five hours?
Absolutely. Any additional hours are charged at the same member rate, so bigger homes and busy months stay great value.
Is there a contract?
No long tie-in. Membership runs month to month and you can cancel any time with a month's notice.
Does membership cover deep cleans and end of tenancy?
Deep cleans and end of tenancy work are quoted separately because they're much more involved, but members receive a discount on those quotes too.
Which areas is membership available in?
Across Manchester and the wider North West, including Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Trafford, Bolton, Bury and surrounding areas.
